Spend an evening at the distillery with Brother Justus Founder Phil Steger, and experience the story behind the whiskey.
This immersive tour and tasting brings you in to hear why Brother Justus exists. Phil will share what inspired him to start a whiskey company in Minnesota, how the story of the Prohibition-era, Minnesota monk Brother Justus shaped the brand, and what continues to drive the distillery today.
From the shadow of Prohibition to the present day, you’ll hear how Brother Justus evolved through years of experimentation, patience, and precision—including the 400+ distillations it took to get our recipes exactly right. Along the way, Phil pulls back the curtain on how innovation, expertise, and intuition come together in our whiskey.
