This pursuit is how we honor Brother Justus—the blacksmith monk whose whiskey craft lit his neighbors’ path through Prohibition.

Why We Love It | Crisp apple and sweet maple syrup make this an instant fall favorite, though it can be sipped year-round!

Combine whiskey, cinnamon maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and apple bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins or rocks glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a dried apple chip or fresh apple slice.
