SHIPPING ORDERS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE
Brother Justus Whiskey Co. works with AccelPay to fulfill online shipping orders. Our retail partners typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Typical ground shipping can take an additional 3-5 business days to be delivered depending on location. Shipping is not available to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
Orders placed during peak holiday season, on presale, or on backorder may see extended processing and shipping times.
TRACKING
Tracking information is provided via email from AccelPay once the order has been packaged (please note: this is a separate email from your initial order confirmation email). Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information for shipping and tracking.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If order changes are needed, please contact the AccelPay Support Team at support@accelpay.io.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event of a missing or damaged bottle upon delivery, please immediately contact the AccelPay Support Team at support@accelpay.io. They may request photos/documentation of the damage to assess a replacement.
