Brigid's First Batch
In April 2021, we distilled whiskey for the first time in our new, 1000-gallon still, Brigid, named for the Irish saint who turned a lake into beer. (Our kind of miracle.) Brigid’s First Batch is comprised entirely of the very first whiskey Brigid produced, a once-only bottling of the wild flavors that flowered in the first days of her creation.
