The 34th Infantry Division Association
The Commander’s Own
$72.99 USD | 750ml
The fates of nations and destinies of peoples are determined by decisive moments. From Gettysburg to Italy to the Middle East, units of the 34th Infantry Division have been there for America’s decisive moments, tipping the balance toward freedom and preserving the union of our great nation. This legacy of courage endures in today’s “Red Bulls.”
A century ago in Central Minnesota, the Benedictine monk Brother Justus Trettel faced his own decisive moment. When plummeting grain prices plunged local families into poverty during the Farm Depression, Brother Justus supplied them with stills and training to transform that grain into world-class whiskey, changing their fortunes.
This is why to honor the Red Bulls’ legacy, the Commander’s Own Chapter of the 34th Infantry Division Association selected this exclusive spirit handcrafted by Brother Justus Whiskey Company from Minnesota-sourced malted barley and aged up to 3 years in Minnesota white oak barrels, blended with whiskey aged less than a year for robust oak character.
