Each release in our Founder's Reserve series starts the same. Our Founder, Phil Steger, tastes through dozens of barrels until a flavor catches his attention and compels him to follow. This year, that flavor carries notes of stone fruit preserves spread over fresh butter and dark brown bread—the kind of profile that evokes an unhurried breakfast in sunshine, where each sip invites you to stay a little longer.

For one night, we're opening the Cocktail Room to celebrate the release of Founder's Reserve IV. The first 50 guests to purchase the release will receive a signed bottle and swag bag, and everyone attending will enjoy a sample of Founder's Reserve IV, Brother Justus favorite cocktails and light bites, and toast the latest edition with Phil.
