Join us to celebrate the Art of the Sip! Brother Justus and potter Samuel Johnson invited potters, ceramicists, and artists to create three different whiskey cups inspired by our distillery's core expressions: Silver, American, and Cold-Peated®. Artists learned about the distillery and vision from Founder Phil Steger and spent the last few months crafting pieces drawing on any aspect of the whiskey, such as its flavor, ingredients, history, associations, and more, that illuminated their creativity.
On December 12, each artist will exhibit their work and share the ideas that inspired their selection at a gallery style reception at the distillery. Guests are invited to browse the work and talk with the artists, sample neat pours of Brother Justus American Single Malt Whiskeys, and shop bottles and art. (Each cup that is part of the exhibition may be purchased, in addition to other work at the artists' discretion.)
