The 5th Annual Historic Green Door Smelt Fry is on Saturday, May 16th. The meal includes an all-you-can-eat original smelt fry recipe, dating back to 1958, along with chips, tartar sauce, coleslaw, and an orange drink.
We are anticipating and planning to once again catch the smelt directly out of the Beaver River this year as long as we get good weather and conditions for those smelt to run. Let’s manifest a good spring!

Brother Justus Whiskey will be pouring our American Single Malt, Cold Peated Whiskey, and American Single Malt Silver Whiskey, and Black Cashmere Coffee Liqueur. We will also be featuring our Lavender Lemonade and Cashmere Russian cocktails. Plus, we’ll be giving away a 3-bottle basket in a raffle.
