The Craft Whiskey Collective Guided Tasting

Chicagoland whiskey fans, join us for an intimate evening with The Craft Whiskey Collective at Subourbon! Our Master Blender, James Jefferson, and Midwest Director of Sales, John Ampe, will guide you through our line-up of 100% malted barley whiskeys, sharing how we think about grain, process, and maturation. This isn’t a surface-level tasting. It’s a chance to sit down with the people behind the whiskey and understand what makes our approach different.

Your ticket ($30 + tax/fees) includes:

  • A welcome pour to kick off the evening

  • Guided tasting of four Brother Justus expressions

  • Light snacks throughout the event

  • Meet & Chat with our team

  • A seated, small-group experience focused on conversation.

Seating is limited to keep the experience personal, so early registration is recommended.
