You’ll dive into the technical decisions that shape flavor, learn about Minnesota’s lesser-known whiskey history, and hear firsthand why our approach to craft and quality is intentional at every step.

You’ll also get an inside look at how Cold-Peated® Whiskey is made, and how it’s helping define an entirely new category in American whiskey.

Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of our flagship whiskeys - American Single Malt, Cold-Peated®, and Silver Whiskey - and a bonus tasting of a high-proof specialty release, offering a deeper look at proof, blending, and balance.
