An unaged expression of our American Whiskey, our Silver Whiskey is a clear look at malted barley before it meets charred oak. Full-bodied and finely polished, it illuminates the natural sweetness of barley, shaped by the cold-climate water of the North, with notes of tropical fruit and cacao nib.

Cold-Peated® American Whiskey

Shaped by Minnesota peat and our Aitkin County Process®, Cold-Peated® captures earthy, herbal character without the heavy smoke found in traditional peated whiskeys. It delivers a refined peat profile for an expressive sip that adds depth while remaining approachable.

Our third Founder’s Reserve is a cask-strength American Whiskey built for depth and concentration. Drawn from hand-selected barrels, it delivers layered fruit and spice that unfold with each slow, deliberate sip.
The Commander’s Own

The Commander’s Own is a focused expression of classic American Whiskey character — rich vanilla, caramel, roasted peanut, and toasted oak. Created with purpose, a portion of proceeds supports the 34th Infantry Division Association.

A collaborative selection guided by the palate of Stephanie March, Smarch Select offers a refined take on our American Single Malt. Caramelized citrus and toasted oak lead the profile, layered with notes of marmalade and clove for a rich, composed expression.

Selected by our Head Distiller for its clarity and balance, Distiller’s Select is a cask-strength American Single Malt defined by cohesion rather than intensity. Notes of cherry, fig, and orange zest are layered with baking spice, caramel, and an herbal vanilla finish, creating a focused, expressive profile.
Brigid’s First Batch

A one-time bottling from the first runs on Brigid, the still that marked the opening of our new distillery.
